Participation in the BCERC 2021

In June, five team members of our TIE Institute, with a number of eight presentations, participated in the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC) 2021. This conference, usually hosted in the U.S., was held virtually this year. Overall, more than 580 participants from 41 different countries discussed current challenges in the field of Entrepreneurship research.

We are very pleased that we had the opportunity to show our results at the BCERC conference to researchers from all over the world. Five team members with overall eight presentations presented investigations that reflect the diverse research activities of our newly established TIE Institute. A wide variety of topics were covered in the presentations e.g., entrepreneurial passion and corporate venture capital portfolios. In the exchange with the participants, we gathered inspiration for the further development of existing research projects and laid the foundation for future cooperation with scientists from all over the world. Although we would have appreciated to experience the conference in person, we are pleased that Babson College has put together such an exciting virtual program for BCERC 2021.
